STRENGTH TRAINING

Is there a free trial available?

Unfortunately not, this is a programme aimed at people who are committed and self motivated to push themselves onto the next level.

Where are you based?

I work from several gyms across Enfield and Cheshunt. I can travel to you if your gym allows PT’s & also your home should you have an adequate gym set up.

Is this for beginners?

Yes, it can be but only for those who know what they want and are determined to get it!

What are your qualifications?

I have my level 4 in Strength and conditioning, level 3 in Personal Training, Level 2 Gym Instructor, Level 3 Advanced Boxing and I am also first aid trained with my own insurance.

What are the costs?

I offer 3 packages which are as follows and include the nutrition plan, bootcamps & gym entry:
